The very young ( under 15) and the elderly ( over 65) are most likely to be religious and participate in religious activity. The over 65 group is the most religious in terms of belief - 30% churchgoers 65+ ( Bruce). However, some recent studies claim that the elderly are increasingly losing faith in god.
