Reaction rates

The reaction rate is the change in amount of reactants or products per unit time. If the reactants are in solution, the rate will be the change in concentration per second and the units will be mol-1 dm-3 s-1

If you want to find a rate of reaction, you need to be able to follow the reaction as its happening. There are a few ways to follow a reaction, you need to pick a property that changes as the reaction goes on.Such as;
