Infrared radiation

• All objects emit (gives out) infrared radiation waves
• The hotter an object is, the more infrared radiation it emits in a given time
• Infrared is absorbed by the sikn and can damage or kill skin cells by heating them up, therefore over-exposure to infrared is bad for your health
