Natural Causes of Climate Change

There are 4 main reasons climatologists use to explain why climate change happens. They are;

• Volcanic activity
• Solar activity
• Orbital changes
• Asteroid collisions

Orbital Changes:

• Changes in the tilt an orbit
• Warms up or cools down depending on the angle of tilt
• Changes the amount of sunlight we recieve
• Can last 10's of thousands of years
• 3 cycles - 100,000 years, 41000 years, 26000 years
• Ice ages 6 degrees cooler
