Milgram - Social approach Part 1

This was the study was based on the Germans and the Nazis. It looked at obedience. The aim was to find out if people were more obedient to someone of authority.

The method of this study was a lab experiment but had no IV which made it a controlled observation. This is good because the researchers were able to have high control extraneous variables. However, this resulted in low EV because the setting was unlike any they had experienced before therefore decreasing realism.
