Belief in life after death may affect a Christian's life because they will try to live a good life and not commit sins so they will be rewared at Judgement day.

Secondly, the Church teaches thatto have life after death you have to recognise the power of God in your life. Therofre Christians might go to Church every Sunday and pray everyday.

Thirdly, Jesus said 'I am the way, the truth and the life'. Some Chrstians keep theirfaith in Jesus and belive that that will lead to everlasting life.

Lastly, the Bible teaches that you will go to heaven if you follow the teachings of Jesus. So Christians may follow Jesus's example in their life and refer to his teachings when making descisions.

2.2:C: Explain how Muslims should live if they want to go to paradise.

Muslims should follow the teachings of the Qur'an and Prophet Muhammad if they want to go to paradise. This is because the Qur'an is Allah's words so they must follow what it says.

Secondly, Muslims should give to charity (zakah) as it is one of the 5 pillars of Islam. Another pillar of Islam that Muslims should follow in order to go to paradise is Salah, prayer.

Thirdly, Muslims should face and succeed in the tests that Allah makes for them. Only if they succeed will they be allowed to go to heaven on Judgement day.

Lastly, they should try to fast(sawm) in Ramadan. This is important because it discipines them so that they aren't selfish in life and can go to paradise after death.

2.3:C: Explain why some non-religious people believe in life after death.

Some non-religious people belive in life after death because they have had paranormal experiences. An example of this type of experience is seeing ghosts. Ghosts are evidence of life after death.

Secondly, some people can remember past lives, reincarnation. Therefore they know that they have lived before and will have more lives in the future.

Thirdly, mediums say that they can contact the dead and speak with them. This shows that even the dead can communicate to the living people showing that they are in a life after their death.

Lastly, belief in life after death can make people feel less scared about death. It can also give them a hope of meeting late relatives and friends after they die.

Also they can have a near death expeience where they might see a bright light and flashing images of loved ones. It is not a halluciation as many people claim to have experienced this.
