Intrapraneurship

Intrapreneurship is a method of improving innovation within an organisation by giving junior managers and/or employees the autonomy (freedom) to take risks, pursue new investments/projects, and deliver returns for the company.

E.g. a junior employee at Google created the popular Gmail email service whilst given the time to pursue his own project.
