USING OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGIES

Objectives set out what the business is trying to achieve.

Objectives can be set at two levels which are:

1. Corporate level- These are objectives which concern the business or the organisation as a whole.
2. Functional level- Objectives set for an individual/area of a business which contribute to the overall corporate objectives.
