Evaluation: Localisation of function

?

                                                         Strength:

Point: One strength for localisation of function is that there is brain scan evidence which provides support for localisation of neurological function.

Evidence: Peterson demostrated how the wernicke's area was active during listening and the Brocas's area was active during reading. This was shown by brain scan evidence.

Explanation: This therefore, suggets that the areas are localised and they perform different functions which controls different aspects of the body i.e listening- ears and reading- eyes.

A few things are incorrect here (i.e it was Freeman who invented lobotomy, his forename was Walter, additionally some of the spelling is wrong). Overall a decent resource.
