STIMULUS a change in the environment to which an organism reacts. (sense organ) is the sensitive part of the body which reacts to a stimulus.
RECEPTOR
EFFECTOR part of the body which does the response.
in general, its a muscle or a gland (liver, pancreas, adrenals...)
NERVOUS coordination & processing appropriate respsonses
