A balanced diet is a healthy diet. Don't confuse these. A balanced diet contains the correct amounts of;

  • Fibre (Foods)
  • Water (Will)
  • Minerals (Mainly) - Makes your body work healthily
  • Fats (Force) - Releases the energy needed to live and make new cells
  • Vitamins (Very)
  • Protiens (Professional) - Releases the energy needed to live and make new cells
  • Carbohydrates (Cutlery) - Releases the energy needed to live and make new cells

Here is how it should be spread

  • 35% Fruit and Vegetables
  • 15% Dairy
  • 15% Meat
  • 35% Carbohydrates
