a balanced diet
food suppiles living organisms with enerergy and nutrients so a balanced diet must contain carbohydrate and fats (for energy) and protienst (growth and tissue repair, also a source of energyif low in carbohydrates)
Carbohydrates are stored in the liver as glycogen or converted to fats, they are made of simple sugars (glucoase) whereas protiens are made up of amino acids and not stored and fats are made of fatty acids and glycorel and stored under skin/around orgBMIans as adipose tissure.
