1.1 Diet and Exercise

A balanced diet contains the correct amounts of:

>Carbohydrates

A source of energy for life processes


>Proteins

 Helps with repair and growth of cells and also provides energy 


>Fats

Fats are a main source of energy and are also used to make cell membranes and to insulate the body


>Vitamins

Need a small amount of these dudes for your body to work healthily 

If you don't have them you'll get deficiency diseases

>Minerals

>Fibre

Keeps the digestive system healthy
