Actus Reus Definition - Latin for guilty act, physical element of the trime usually voluntary.

Actus Reus is the doing part of the crime for example pulling the trigger,stabbing someone, throwing a punch etc.

Conduct - Can be an act or omission, the conduct must be voluntary as in the case of Kay v Butterworth where a man drove into a party of soldiers, knew he was tired and should have stopped (Actus Reus - Voluntary)
