66. Psychiatric Harm

Psychiatric harm must be a recognised medical condition (Vernon v Bosley) which is long-term (Reilly v Merseyside).

C can claim as a PV if they feared for their own safety (Dulieu v White) or were at risk of physical injury (Page v Smith).
