-cash bonuses (as a MIC country this could help to improve their standard of living)
-bette child care (allows parents to work - many parents also only children and need money to support their parents and own family)
-free education (children more likely to be successful therefore be able to take care of parents in old age)
-preferential housing arrangements (most of the housing is state owned)
