Nurse's role

A Nurses role is where they are caring for a indvidual with a specfic needs which are ill.

Nurses need to follow the correct procedures which is in context of a multidisciplinary teams also is in communication with the service users family.

They are also a caregiver for patient by managing their physical needs,preventing illnesses and treating their health conditions.

The Nurses main role is to make sure that every patient receives direct and proper care that they need.
