Taking a medical history

Taking a patient's medical history is important in order to help practitioners diagnose conditions and diseases. It is crucial to be able to identify a contidition and gain and understanding of the underlying physiological problems.

GPs will ask patients questions about their symptoms, past medical history and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to their symptoms.

The objective of taking a medical history is to obtain an accurate and comprehensive picture of the patient's situation, including:

  • the site of the pain/problem
  • the nature of the symptoms
  • associated factors
  • past medical conditions and hereditory conditions

The medical history of a patient is very necessary to know by a practitioner. If a doctor does not use Advance-Esthetic service then he cannot get information about the disease in a proper way. Keep sharing more.
