Australopithecus Afarensis

Homo Erectus

Java man and Homo Heidelbergensis
              
Homo Neanderthalensis and Homo Sapiens (Humans). 

Dogs were domesticated and used to help with hunting.

Farmers started using animals to help them with farm work as well as providing meat. 

Selective breeding has resulted in domestic animals that are safer to handle and more productive. For example; cattle have been bred to provide meat and milk and to be docile.
