      more detail (2 paragraphs) no introduction or conclusion needed

20 Mark - use the item!

quote from the item 'as stated in item A...'

expand on the key points. 'and your knowledge...' = use the key terms/studies (2 or 3) and refer to perspectives when necessary. 

Evaluate - make a decision, do you agree? brief introduction, quote from the item, define any key terms.
