Christianity and life after death

Christian ideas about life after death-2 key beliefs:

1) Resurrection-some christians believe that when people die they stay in the grave untill the end of the world when God will raise everyone's body and judge everyone. (Purgatory-Catholic belief-'a waiting room')

2) Immortality of the soul-Body dies, but the soul lives on in heavon or hell because it is immortal and lives on death.
