I apologize for the bad singing. I personally learn well through songs so maybe this will help someone. Some of the lyrics are just to make it rhyme so don't take it full word to work. Lyrics are:

Low WP in the gut, water into the gut, you **** just wont stay shut. You need ORT, it is the golden key, to making you feel happy.
