	Evaluation Eventhough the Treaty of Versailles had advantages and disadvantages, the disadvantages out weigh the advantages. Countries such as France and Britain (the victorious countries) were able to rebuild through the reparations payments but countries such as Germany received no help at all to work its way back up and this caused a ripple of resentment throughout the German population. This is resentment is eventually one of the main causes of WWII which could have been avoided had the treaty been a little more lenient.
