Robots??

Advantages

  • OTP (one time payment) and no wage charge
  • Creates more jobs for when robots need maintainence'
  • Can work 24/7 need no break and dont require Holidays
  • More efficient
  • Can keep going where humans would get Repetitive Straining injuties

Disadvantages

  • Creates a loss of jobs on a production line
  • Expensive
  • People have to be trained to setup and care for the robots
  • Limitations of tasks doable

Evaluation

In the case of robots in the workplace the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, the fact that you only have to make a OTP and not pay wages is a massive point becasue this robot could work longer than a would and therfore payoff the OTP in no time.
