Overall comparisonBiofuels, unlike fossil fuels, are a renewable energy source. They are also carbon neutral due to the carbon dioxide that they take in when they are growing. Fossil fuels are not carbon neutral and contribute to global warming. However, they do have some similarities, such as both being used to generate electricity, and both releasing waste when used to do so. |
