    • To form verbs in the present tense, remover the ending (ar, er or ir) and add an ending (for regular verbs)
      • AR -o -as -a -amos -áis -an

    • Ser and estar in the present tense

        • Use ser for permenant things

          • Personality
        • SER (to be) -soy -eres -es -somos -sois -son
      • Estar
        • Use ester for temporary things and locations
          • Talk about things that might change in the future
          • Where something is
        • ESTAR(to be) -estoy -estás -está -estamos -estáis están
    • Present continuous
      • To form the present continuous, you need the correct part of estar in the present tense and the present participle of the verb
      • For an AR verb, take of the ending and add 'ando' to make the gerund
      • ESTAR(to be) -estoy -estás -está -estamos -estáis -están
      • For an ER or IR verb, take off the ending and add 'iendo' to make the gerund
      • Irregular verbs

        • leer> leYENDO
        • oir>   oYENDO
