- Pituitary Gland relesases FSH
  - FSH stimulates egg to mature
  - FSH stimulates oestrogen release
    - Ovaries release oestrogen
      - Oestrogen causes uterus lining to thicken
      - Oestrogen switches FSH off
        Over 14 days after ovulatiuon, oestrogen levels fall as no FSH is produced
