      • the greening government IT  strategy made a commitment to adopt more green policies across government departments. the use of cloud storage and shared services were identified as areas in which the government could reduce its carbon footprint
      • carbon footprint is the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere as a result of the activities of a particular individual, organization, or community.
