  • GRAPHS AND CHARTS
    • LINE GRAPHS   OR "FREQUENCY  POLYGONS" ARE JUST  A SET OF POINTS JOINT UP WITH STRAIGHT LINES.
    • bar charts = should touch if showing different heights.  Should not touch if about different items, i.e. custard, apple etc.
      • Bar-line charts is a bar chart except just draw thin lines instead of bars.
    • Scatter graphs = points on a graph that look messy (correlation)
      • Good Correlation = form a nice line and closely related to each other.
        • Poor Correlation= points all over the place and no relation between the things.
          • IF LINE UPHILL FROM LEFT TO RIGHT = POSITIVE CORRELATION.
            • IF LINE DOWNHILL FROM LEFT TO RIGHT = NEGATIVE CORRELATION, AS ONE THING INCREASES, THE OTHER DECREASES!
