- Waste gets carefully disposed of and By products can be used in other reactions (like water vapour)
- Energy costs?
- If a process requires a lot of energy to make it happen ( e.g. using fossil fuels) I t can be bad for the environment and can be very expensive. But if a reaction gives out Energy as a by product it can be used to power other reactions so would be eco friendy
