What are the two main microscopes?
Electron and light.
2 of 6
How do light microscopes work?
They use light and lenses to form an image of a specimin and magnify it.

What does a light microscope show?
Individual cells and larger subcellular structures.
4 of 6
How do electron microscopes differ from light microscopes in the way they form images?
