Question: What is the internet?

Answer: A Wide Area Network, commonly known as a WAN

Question: In a simplified form, how does a LAN (Local Area Network) connect to WANs (Wide Area Networks)?

Answer: Through a wire or fibre, a request will be sent to a router that will connect to other routers and send the connection of the requested action (e.g. an IP or internet address) back to the original requesting router to give it to the LAN.

Answer: Hosting is when a web server is used to solely run one website, an example of this is google, and it is used to keep up with a huge influx of inputs and users as well as be safe from hackers

Answer: A specific code or number that belongs to a router.

Question: What are some of the advantages of using 'The Cloud'?

Answer: It is safer than being on your own machine, It can be accessed faster and allows other to access it with permission at the same time.
