No, he did so much bad things to everyone and bringing him back will just revamp the trauma

No, even if he inflicted the pain on others, nobody deserves all that to happen. While I do agree he should be held accountable for his actions, he shouldn't have to go through that because that makes Quackity just as bad as Dream

I am a Tommy Apologist and while he has done some bad things, it seemed completely in character for what he's been through and what has happened to him in order for him to react that way.
