What is the Asocial Stage?
Where babies recognise and form bonds with carers but behaviour towards non human objects and humans is similar.

What is Indiscriminate Attachment?
Where babies display observable social behaviour and show a preference for people and recognise and prefer familiar adults.

What is Specific Attachment?
Babies display anxiety towards strangers and has formed specific attachments.

Babies extend their attachment behaviour to multiple people, forming secondary attachments.
