Pathogen
A bacterium, virus, or other microorganism that can cause disease.

Your cells produce antibodies, how?
When your white blood cells come across and unknown antigen they produce proteins called antibodies to lock onto and kill the invading cells. The antibodies produced are specific to that type of antigen - they won't lock onto any others.

Small amounts of dead or inactive microorganisms.

Bacteria can become resistant to antibiotics, why?
Bacteria can mutate - sometimes the mutations cause them to be resistant to (not killed by) an antibiotic.
