Whats the process of natural selection?
Its a process where organisms with favorable traits are more likely to reproduce, and therefore pass on these traits to the next generation
1 of 7
Example of natural selection in action?
In an ecosystem, giraffes have long necks and others have short necks. If something caused the low-lying shrubs to die out, giraffes with short necks wouldn't have enough food. After a few generations, all the short necked giraffes would die out.

What does evolution mean?
the process by which different kinds of living organism are believed to have developed from earlier forms during the history of the earth.
3 of 7
What does adaption mean?
the process of change by which an organism or species becomes better suited to its environment
4 of 7
Whats Darwin's theory of evolution?
the process by which organisms change over time as a result of changes in heritable physical or behavioral traits. Changes that allow an organism to better adapt to its environment will help it survive and have more offspring.

Evidence for evolution including molecular biology, comparative anatomy and embryology and the fossil record

Molecular biology is a branch of science concerning biological activity at the molecular level. The field of molecular biology overlaps with biology and chemistry and in particular, genetics and biochemistry Comparative anatomy is the study of simi
