What is the meaning of conflict?
Confrontation between two people. For example because of relationship or law.

What is the meaning of 'Interfaith dialogue'?
Different faith groups talking to each other. There are many different examples of interfaith locally and nationally such as the Liverpool interfaith youth council.

What is Just war?
A war justifies according to agreed conditions, for example if there is a just cause, or when it is the last resort.

What is non-violent protest?
Making a stand using entirely peaceful means, for example speeches or marches.

What is Pacifism?
The belief that any form of violence or war is unacceptable. An example of a Christian pacifist is Martin Luther King.

What is reconciliation?
Making up after a quarrel or dispute, and working together again. Religions, for example Christianity, teach that forgiveness is a good solution.
