What is statistical infrequency?
when an individual shows a behaviour that is statistically rare, i.e having an IQ of below 70 (which only 2% of the population has)

when an individual behaves differently from what a society has deemed 'normal', i.e anti-social personality disorder describes individuals who lack a conscience and behave agressively

when someone does not meet a set of criteria for good mental health

no symptoms, are rational, can self-actualise, can cope with stress, have a realistic view of the world, good self-esteem, are independent of others and can balance/enjoy work, love and leisure

when an individual cannot look after themselves or who are perceived to be irrational/our of control - they are often viewed as dysfunctional
