Clues

  • Stillbirth, low birth weight, instant death syndrome, learning difficulties and a damaged placenta (7)
  • The fertilised egg is implanted in another place other than the uterus, this causes the woman to be in a lot of pain and not enough space for the baby to grow properly. (7, 9)
  • The mother looses the baby, this happens up to 24 weeks (6 months) after then it's called a stillbirth. (1, 11)
  • This is caused by the fertilised egg dividing and becoming two different cells. (5)
  • When the mother gives birth to the baby but the baby has died in the womb. (1, 10)
