Cautions
Hypertension in patients on non-cardioselective beta-blockers
Do not administer when patients core temp less than 30 degrees. Between 30 and 35 degrees, double the time period between doses.

Cardiac arrest shockable rhythms: if unresponsive to defibrillation administer amiodarone after the 3rd shock and after 5th shock if still unresponsive to shocks

Absolute bradycardia
Systolic blood pressure below expected range
Paroxysmal ventricular arrhythmias requiring suppression

Bradycardia following ROSC
