Problem solving: Men try and find soloution, reassured with males making light of situation. Problem Sharing: Women are listeners and compare problems and find similarities in problems

Women: Less likely to be heard in mixed gender conversations as men interrupt. Men play for power even if knowledge is poor they still talk. Women down play knowledge to get others to talk.
