6. Objectivity
- There is no bias and data can be interpreted one way, the use of quantitative data for example is more objective than qualitative data
- The ability to test hypothesis to find out whether a theory is true or false.
- The ability to repeat a measurement of behavior, in order to have replicability , there must be a standardised procedure, participants are tested in the same way
