What is Fleming's Left Hand Rule?
Predicts the directoin of the force on a wire. Your index finger points in the direction of the field. Your index finger points in the direction of the current. Your thumb gives the direction of the force.

What can electromagnets be used for?
Thye could be used to open or close switches

How does an electric bell work?
1) The switch is pressed. 2) A current flows through the electromagnet. 3) The hammer returns the start. 4) The hammer hits the bell. 5) The electromagnet attracts the armature. 6) The whole process repeats.
