Dicotyledons are not predators, they are broad leafed plants.

I swear  Eutrophication does NOT lead to an increase in oxygen as the decomposition of Algae that have bloomed uses up said oxygen hence a decrease in O2

What Danny said is right, it will increas anerobic conditions... so less oxygen?

It does lead to a temporary increase when the algae are thriving, before they all die off, the question could be phrased better. However, I have now removed the oxygen option.
