the answer to question 10 should be cristae, microvilli are the hairs potruding out of the epithelium of the small intestine for example, you find cristae (infolds in the membrane of cells) for examlpe in mitochondria

James is right, cristae is referring to the in folded regions of the membrane in organelles such as the mitochondria. Otherwise very good.
