what do painkillers do?
fight the symptoms not the disease

kill the disease

why sometimes can't bacteria be killed by antibiotics? which means..
because they can mutate, when you treat infection you kill only the non resistant bacteria

what will happen to the bacteria thats left?
it will reproduce and the resistant bacteria will increase
