What is the systolic pressure?
The pressure produced by the heart

Obseity, alcohol, smoking, stress

What can high blood pressure cause?
Burst blood vessels. If this takes place in the kidney it can cause kidney failure and if in the brain it can lead to stroke

What can reduce blood pressure?
Having a balanced diet and doing regular exercise

What are the dangers of low blood pressure?
Poor circulation and therefore dizziness and fainting

What is homeostasis?
Maintaining a constant internal environment by balancing both bodily inputs and outputs.

What is Type 1 diabetes?
Where the pancreas does not produce any/enough insulin.
