Monosaccharides which are single sugars, these consist of Glucose, Fructose and Galactose. Disaccharides which are double sugars, these consist of Maltose, Sucrose and Lactose?

Polysaccharides are made up of many sugars, these consist of Starch, Cellulose, Glycogen and Chitin.

What's the name of 3, 4, 5, 6 Carbon sugars and what are they?

3 Carbon Sugars are TRIOSE sugars. 4 Carbon Sugars are TETROSE sugars. 5 Carbon Sugars are PENTOSE sugars. 6 Carbon Sugars are Hexose Sugars. These are all monosaccharides as they're the simplest kind of sugar, they also dissolve.
