Good quiz, but I think the answer to question 8 is wrong. I thought it was 1 year?

CAUTION - LOTS OF ERRORS

Griffiths v Dawson was a negligence complaint against a solicitor. A chamber isn't strictly speaking a room, you don't have to be a solicitor to draft wills. Complaints about barristers, solicitors, legal execs, paralegals, etc can all be dealt with 'in house'. Complaints against solicitors can also be taken to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA. The Common Professional Examination is a law conversion cause and can be taken by aspiring solicitors or barristers and usually takes 12 months full time or 24 months part time.
