Caparo v Dickman 1990 = 3 part test:
1) Reasonably forseeable?
2) Sufficiently proximate relationship?
3) Fair, just and reasonable?
REASONABLY FORSEEABLE:
- Depends on facts of case
Kent v Griffiths 2000 - Ambulance late arriving and didnt have reaonsable excuse. V died. V wouldnt have died if ambulance arrived on time. Was reaosnably forseeable
